    We are looking to hire a team player for our Engineering Services team that provides in-building wireless coverage solutions for our customers. Experience with Cellular and Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) is required.

    The successful candidate must be highly motivated, team oriented and possess the qualities of positivity, honesty with extreme attention to detail. Candidates also need great organizational skills, be a quality communicator and able to follow processes to assist a highly efficient team.

    The Project Manager (PM) is the designated lead on active projects and maintains the relationship with our customers. Management of client relationships includes: project‐specific budgets, project timelines, scheduling, goals and communicating resource requirements with the Field Services Team members.

    The Project Manager manages cross‐functional teams of estimates, engineering services, design services, and technicians through various project milestones to project completion while simultaneously managing the financial aspects (P&L) of the project.

    Responsibilities

    The Project Manager will work closely with our customers to understand their project schedule and help schedule our internal resources. This position is distinguished by the need for a high level of detail, strong communication skills and a proven desire for self-growth.

    The tasks of the Project Manager include:

    1. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team

    2. Maintain regular, timely communications with customers

    3. Represent customers’ interests to the Wireless Carriers (ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile)

    4. Coordinate with Customers, Design Manager and Testing Coordinators

    5. Ensure engineering projects are handed off on time, complete and accurate

    6. Review Daily Reports from field team for accuracy and conflicts

    7. Maintain accurate documentation and workflow processes

    Qualifications

    The qualifications of the successful candidate will include:

    1. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with Distributed Antenna Systems

    2. Proven work experience with Project Management

    3. High attention to detail and communication proficiency (i.e. phone, email, messaging, etc.)

    4. Strong computer desktop application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000 per year

    This is an entry level position and could be a very good fit for a recent college graduate or former military entering the civilian world.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of technical activities related to the testing and configuration of RF communications systems commonly deployed within a building to support two-way radios, cellular phones and wireless data services.

    This position is distinguished by need for a high aptitude for learning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must have a proven desire for self-growth. Candidates should also demonstrate strong leadership skills.

    The daily tasks of the Wireless Field Technician include, but are not limited to:

    1. Perform Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) tests to determine radio coverage for First Responders

    2. Benchmark testing for the wireless carriers’ coverage (ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)

    3. Create reports based on the data collected to be presented to local fire agencies.

    Qualifications

    Duties include the ability to read and understand floor plans and maps, utilizes software and specialized tools to assist with system testing, document radio frequency (RF) coverage and site surveys, perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

    1. Associates Degree or military experience in telecommunications technology, preferred but not required.

    2. Ability to self-perform with limited management supervision

    3. Able to pass a physical exam and drug screening

    4. Strong customer service skills

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    1. Prepare construction ready plans for installation (commercial projects)

    2. Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload

    3. Coordinate with other colleagues and customers

    4. Developing permittable plan sets for clients which include construction details, plan and elevation views, title page, standard details, Bill of Materials, sheet index etc.

    5. Working closely with senior designers and management in order to achieve the above

    6. Addressing redline comments and plan check comments

    7. Maintaining a clean, organized and current data base and file structure

    9. Research parts/equipment for detailed information to include into the drawing package
