We're seeking a dynamic, goal-driven individual to join our Customer Success team, specializing in providing in-building wireless coverage solutions to our enterprise clients (B to B).
Candidates must have experience in Fire Alarm, Cellular Enhancement, Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) or Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Experience with recurring building maintenance service agreements is especially helpful.
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, team-oriented and possess qualities of positivity, honesty and extreme attention to detail. They should excel in organizational skills, be effective communicators and adept at following processes to support a highly efficient team.
As an Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customer base, managing relationships and coordinating with our Field Services Team. This includes overseeing project-specific budgets, timelines, scheduling, goals and resource requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing proposals, project scheduling and coordinating internal resources.
2. Grow revenue and profitability for the assigned customer base through proposal development and closings.
3. Manage projects from inception to completion.
4. Support customer needs for continual managed services (e.g., service agreements).
5. Assist Account Executives in acquiring new customers.
6. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and the team.
7. Regular and timely communication with customers.
8. Represent customers’ interests to Wireless Carriers (ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile).
9. Coordinate with Customers, Design Manager, Testing Coordinator and Engineers.
10. Ensure engineering projects are completed on time, accurately and profitably.
11. Review Daily Reports from the field team for accuracy and resolving conflicts.
12. Maintain accurate documentation and workflow processes.
13. Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information.
Qualifications
1. Three to five years of experience in Fire Alarm, Emergency Radio, or Cellular DAS solutions.
2. Proven work experience in Project Management or Customer Relationships.
3. High attention to detail and communication proficiency (phone, email, messaging, etc.).
4. Strong computer desktop application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

The Project Manager (PM) is the designated lead on active projects and maintains the relationship with our customers. Management of client relationships includes: project‐specific budgets, project timelines, scheduling, goals and communicating resource requirements with the Field Services Team members.
The Project Manager manages cross‐functional teams of estimates, engineering services, design services, and technicians through various project milestones to project completion while simultaneously managing the financial aspects (P&L) of the project.
Responsibilities

This is an entry level position and could be a very good fit for a recent college graduate or former military entering the civilian world.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of technical activities related to the testing and configuration of RF communications systems commonly deployed within a building to support two-way radios, cellular phones and wireless data services.
This position is distinguished by need for a high aptitude for learning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must have a proven desire for self-growth. Candidates should also demonstrate strong leadership skills.
The daily tasks of the Wireless Field Technician include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) tests to determine radio coverage for First Responders
2. Benchmark testing for the wireless carriers’ coverage (ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
3. Create reports based on the data collected to be presented to local fire agencies.
Qualifications
Duties include the ability to read and understand floor plans and maps, utilizes software and specialized tools to assist with system testing, document radio frequency (RF) coverage and site surveys, perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
1. Associates Degree or military experience in telecommunications technology, preferred but not required.
2. Ability to self-perform with limited management supervision

6. Addressing redline comments and plan check comments

9. Research parts/equipment for detailed information to include into the drawing package
