Florida Fire Code

Florida has adopted the 2009 International Fire Code.

Washington Fire Code

Washington has adopted the 2012 International Fire Code.

Iowa Fire Code

Iowa does not currently enforce a statewide fire code, though some parts of the 2009 IFC are enforced for specific buildings/uses.

Wyoming Fire Code

The current Wyoming Fire Code was adopted February 21, 2012, and is based on the 2012 IFC.

Wisconsin Fire Code

The Wisconsin Fire Prevention Code was last amended in 2008 and is based on the 2006 NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code.

West Virginia

West Virginia adopted the 2012 set of I-codes, but does not enforce the codes statewide. Fire Codes are adopted at a jurisdictional level, so check with local jurisdictions for current adoptions and enforcement.

 

Virginia Fire Code

Virginia enforces a statewide Fire Code based on the 2006 IFC. The current Virginia Fire Code was adopted in 2008.

Vermont Fire Code

Vermont adopted a new fire code in 2012, based largely on the 2012 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code.

Utah Fire Code
